If you’re a Sex and the City fan this might be good news for you, because Carrie Bradshaw is headed back to TV.
The CW has put in an order for a pilot of The Carrie Diaries, a new series based on Candace Bushnell’s novel that follows Carrie Bradshaw as a high school student. According to EW;
The story tells of Bradshaw coming of age in the 1980s, “asking her first questions about love, sex, friendship and family, while exploring the worlds of high school and Manhattan.”
Oooh I hope this gets picked up because we all know I love a good high school series and Gossip Girl has been kinda terrible lately. Now the big question remains – is who will play Carrie Bradshaw? Thoughts?
