Well, finally all that Charlie Sheen drama can be put to rest. Honestly does anyone even care about him anymore? The former Two and a Half Men star has finally settled his $100 million lawsuit that he filed against Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros. Television, and it looks like he really is #winning.
In a statement from the studio it is revealed that;
“Warner Bros. Television, Chuck Lorre and Charlie Sheen have resolved their dispute to the parties’ mutual satisfaction,”
“The pending lawsuit and arbitration will be dismissed as to all parties. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality over the terms of the settlement.”
So basically they paid him off and told him to keep his mouth shut. Thank God. TMZ of course has reported that Sheen will actually get a $25 million payout upfront with over $100 million in syndication profits over the course of the next 10 years. Not too shabby Charlie Sheen.
So here’s hoping now that Charlie doesn’t have to hustle so much for his next paycheque he might actually lay low for a little while so we don’t have to hear anything more about him. I think that just might be wishful thinking though. Do you think Charlie deserved such a big payout?
