When I was asked to appear on CTV Ottawa Morning Live to discuss my hot summer beach reads I immediately contacted the great folks at Harper Collins Canada to ask them what they thought were this summer’s hottest reads, and here’s what they said;
Beautiful Ruins by Jess Walter

Here, we return to the Cemetery of Forgotten Books and the Sempere & Sons bookstore for a mystery involving a mysterious visitor, secrets from the past, and a first edition of The Count of Monte Cristo. Haunting, beautifully written, and atmospheric, this is another gem from Zafon.
Charlotte Street by Danny Wallace
