Jessica Simpson Comes Out Of Hiding

jessica simpson reveals her post baby body

Jessica Simpson finally came out of hiding this weekend as she was seen arriving AT LAX for a flight to NYC. I’m assuming that Katie Couric’s new show tapes in New York which is why Jess was on her way.  She looks good too. I mean, she looks a lot better than I thought she was going to look.  I would say that she’s still breast feeding because her chest looks huge still but she was top heavy to begin with so that’s not surprising.  And she’s wearing super long pants I’m assuming to make her legs look as long as possible and a black tunic style top that doesn’t cling at all, but I think she looks great.

If you look at her legs though they’re quite small again so she must be working her ass off.  I know some other people have criticized Jess for gaining so much and not losing it fast enough, saying that with a $4 million payday from Weight Watchers she should be able to lose the weight, and I get it. But I’ve also had 4 kids and I know that it’s never as easy as it looks to lose the baby weight, especially when you gain more than you should.

It will be interesting to see if she stays in the spotlight so we can see her lose the rest of the weight though. Thoughts?

I think she looks great too, but you know how it is, it’s not really how you look, it’s how you feel. I can’t imagine having so many eyes on me while I try to figure out this motherhood thing. Nevermind having everyone waiting to see how quickly I can shed the baby weight… She will have to face lots of ridiculous questions about it which can’t be easy…

I think she has a $4 million contract to lose weight, people to take care of her every need, including child care and cooking, and has made weight loss her full time job since having a baby.

Whether she’s lost more or less than people expected, she is not like you and me, and I certainly hope ‘everywoman’ sees past the charade of her having the same challenges as normal people. Blech.
