There’s a little piece of me that just loves it when I see celeb moms being real moms. Like when we see Jennifer Garner stepping out after having her baby and not being a size 2, or Reese Witherspoon hanging out with her kids at the soccer field. Sure, I love watching Victoria Beckham hold daughter Harper like she’s the perfect accessory as much as anyone else, but there’s something so refreshing about seeing celeb moms looking more like moms and less like stars that seems so refreshing.
Here’s Kate Hudson at the airport in Paris yesterday wearing her son Bing in a baby carrier while talking on the phone and trying to keep him happy by holding the soother in his mouth. Seriously – I feel that almost every mother out there has had this moment – right?! And oddly enough there’s not a nanny to be seen. Kate’s in Paris to watch her fiance, Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy, perform in concert and brought along her sons Ryder and Bing. I also love that they seem totally dressed for comfort (although she was pictured in a blouse and red stiletto’s as she boarded the plane – smart move changing!) Looks like this celeb mama has her priorities straight!
