So Kristen Stewart released a statement today to try and fix the gossip shitstorm that’s happened since Us Weekly posted on their website the cover of their upcoming issue featuring pictures of Kristen Stewart caught in a wild makeout session with her SWATH director Rupert Sanders. According to LaineyGossip Kristen’s people were given a one day heads up by US that they would be publishing the pictures, giving her enough time to inform Rob. And probably freak right out. Because apparently they get pretty hot and heavy in the pictures. Like he might be going down on her in a car. Um, what? I am totally buying Friday’s issue of Us Weekly.
So now with the final Twilight installment still about 4 months out of theatres the fairy tale that was RPattz and KStew has been threatened. I can’t imagine the studio is very happy at all about this. For the record I don’t care that KStew was cheating – she’s 22 and they’re not married. I just don’t get why she was cheating. After all, they simply could have just broken up and gone their separate ways with nothing really keeping them together. Much easier and way less embarrassing. Personally, I think if you’re going to drive around in your car and park in an abandoned parking lot with your married and much older director and engage in a marathon makeout session, you’re kind of ok with getting caught. And respect is the very last thing you have for your boyfriend. Just saying.
