By now you’ve probably heard that Lindsay Lohan was arrested this morning for leaving the scene of an accident. Lilo was in an underground parking garage to The Dream Hotel where she allegedly struck some guy who had just gotten off work and was walking to his car. He claims she reeked like alcohol and didn’t even bother to see if he was ok once she got out of her car. You know, classic Lilo. He made his way to the hospital complaining of pain and was given morphine.
While this does sound like a typical night in the life of Lindsay Lohan it appears that the guy she allegedly hit seems to be making a large portion of his story up. Famewhores are everywhere yo. According to TMZ there is a surveillance tape that recorded everything and it shows Lilo slowly driving down a ramp in the parking garage where the accuser was crossing. Apparently you can’t even be certain if she hit him, which still makes it way too close to a pedestrian but to have her arrested for leaving the scene when you can’t even be certain if there’s a scene is a bit problematic, no? The accuser also doesn’t confront Lindsay, which would make it hard to detect the smell of alcohol on her breath too, right?
I guess this is where we’re at now though. Lindsay will always be guilty until proven innocent. And that’s not really our fault either. I mean of course you would believe this story without any proof. Lindsay has done the same thing so many times that Amanda Bynes could accuse her of a hit and run and we’d believe her. I can’t wait for Lilo to get on her soapbox (aka twitter account) to ramble on and on about how unfairly she’s been treated. I bet she’ll take a few shots at Dr. Phil while she’s at it.
This is Lindsay last week in NYC for Lady Gaga’s perfume launch during NYFW. Lindsay Lohan and Kate Gosselin were both at fashion week – all of a sudden it doesn’t seem quite the same.
