Seriously are you as excited as I am? The Hunger Games hits theatres in just over 3 weeks and tonight they posted this new commercial online, complete with a few bits and pieces that we haven’t seen before. Like the miners – with what I’m assuming is Katniss’s father in the front. And more of The Peacekeepers. And a few shots at The Reaping that we haven’t seen yet either – like the total look of shock on The Peacekeeper’s face when Katniss volunteers.
And unlike the other trailers we’ve seen this one is set to Taylor Swift’s Safe and Sound – the first single from the soundtrack. I love the song but I preferred the music that was used in the trailers.
I’m obsessed and I cannot wait for this movie! My friend, Kathy Buckworth is currently on an assignment touring the area where they filmed. She posted a picture of herself on facebook today standing in front of what was used as The Hob. It looks so very cool. Is it me or do you really want to see more of Haymitch?
