Because of my daughter’s infatuation with One Direction I feel compelled to post pictures every time the photo agency posts them even if there isn’t much to say.
This is One Direction arriving at Heathrow yesterday from Stockholm where they have been busy recording a new album. As you can see there’s a small crowd of teenage girls super excited to have caught a glimpse of the boys, and the boys don’t seem to mind at all. Liam (I get him confused with Louis all the time) even rode on the baggage cart as he made his way to the car. Yes these boys are loving the attention, as they should.
There are tickets for sale for their show in Ottawa for May 2013. That’s a whole year away. I refused to buy them because tween girls are fickle and boy bands can be a dime a dozen, so who knows if she’ll even like them next year?
I do hope that the boys will appear on the next season of The X-Factor since their creator, Simon Cowell, seems to be throwing down the gauntlet and declaring it the best show ever now that he’s signed Britney Spears and Demi Lovato. Demi has already expressed some interest in One Directioner Niall, so I can totally see that happening. We need a new Justin/Britney Justin/Selena! Is it wrong that I totally want Selena to leave Justin for a One Directioner?
