So this makes deciding whether you’re Team Gale or Team Peeta a big tougher, no? I bought The Hunger Games when it came out on DVD a few weeks ago. This is noteworthy because I almost never, ever buy movies unless they’re for my kids. But seeing as I went to the midnight showing of this movie and I loved it I felt like I should buy it and I’ve watched it 3 times since. And I let my 8 and 10 year old watch it too. And I’m going to watch it again. I think I have a Hunger Games obsession!
Catching Fire is set to hit theatres on November 22, 2013 and they’ve just started filming. Josh Hutcherson, who plays Peeta Malark was spotted on set in Georgia the other day and he is looking good. Obviously Peeta’s been hitting the gym because Josh is looking pretty buff. And his hair is better too, no? I like it shorter like this and with him being leaner he looks taller. And that’s kind of important because of how his character changes in the second book.
I also saw pictures of Sam Clafin and Jena Malone filming on set too, but I don’t have rights to them so you can click over to Lainey Gossip to check them out. I am very worried about the casting of Sam Clafin because these pictures – well they are not at all what I had in my mind of Finnick.
