Rob Is With Reese

I knew about this last night – that Robert Pattinson wasn’t in London as many tabloids had reported, but instead was nursing his broken heart at Reese Witherspoon’s ranch in Ojai. At the Lainey event last night Lainey told us, but has us swear ourselves to secrecy. Rob and Reese of course worked together on Water for Elephants. I’m guessing they got pretty close, and I’m guessing that she’s not a fan of Kristen Stewart. Because not only did she lend a shoulder for him to cry on, she gave him her home to hide out in. Us Weekly confirmed that Rob is indeed staying there and he’s been seen jogging on the grounds.

I’m assuming that Rob and Reese don’t talk every day, but I’m also assuming that once she saw the US Weekly story about Kristen and her director she picked up the phone and reached out to Rob, which sounds like that was exactly what he needed. Meaning I have a feeling that Reese is firmly on Team Pattinson here. Meaning she’s chosen her side. Very publicly. Meaning Kristen Stewart – who, if she wants to get Rob back, is going to have to not only win over Rob again, but his friends too.

And Reese has little tolerance for cheating – especially given the fact that her former husband cheated on her with his co-star. Reese knows what it’s like to be in Robert’s shoes and she’s probably a very good sounding board for him right now. But Reese divorced Ryan Phillippe’s ass, so if I were Kristen I would be very, very worried. Thoughts?
