This Is 15 In Hollywood

I have a neice who happens to be fifteen years old. She wears hoodies, a lot. She also wears skinny jeans with those big wool socks over the bottom all bunched up. She has gorgeous super long red curly hair that she keeps in a side braid almost constantly, and she kind of abuses black mascara. But – there is no doubt in your mind that she’s fifteen when you look at her.

This is Chloe Moretz, who also happens to be fifteen, at The David Letterman show last night I’m assuming to promote her new movie with Johnny Depp, Dark Shadows. Chloe has a lot of movies in pre-production for the next year or so, and just landed the role of Carrie White in the remake of the classic Stephen King story. Chloe Moretz doesn’t look fifteen, does she? I mean, Dakota Fanning is 18 and looks younger than this girl. Is this what fifteen looks like now? In Hollywood?

I know it sounds bad, but Chloe is kind of reminding me of Lindsay Lohan circa ‘Mean Girls’ era. Please tell me her parents won’t be checking her into the Chateau Marmont any time soon.
