Oh how I cannot wait for this movie to be released. Universal has moved the release date of Les Misérables to Christmas day meaning I am honestly thinking of ditching my kids at home so I can go and see it. Just kidding. Maybe. But that is how good this movie looks.
Universal released this extended first look today showing interviews with all the major cast members, mostly showing how Tom Hooper allowed them to actually sing live while filming instead of trying to sync their mouths to a soundtrack. I love that so much. I think I could listen to Anne Hathaway sing ‘I Dreamed a Dream’ over and over again all day long. Seriously it is impossible not to get goosebumps while listening to her sing that song (I also might have gotten a bit teary). And who knew Amanda Seyfried had such a beautiful voice? I’ve never seen Mama Mia so it was a pleasant surprise to me.
