John Carter is Disney’s upcoming blockbuster film based on the Edgar Rice Burroughs novel ‘A Princess of Mars’ and I was just sent the official first trailer. Looks interesting, and not your typical Disney fare. I think this one will attract a bit of an older audience, no? Very ‘Star Wars’ meets ‘Avatar’ esque.
I haven’t heard much about the film yet but it has a star studded cast including Taylor Kitsch, Samantha Morton, James Purefoy, Bryan Cranston, Thomas Haden Church and Willem Dafoe. Who am I kidding, I didn’t see any of those people after because I didn’t see much past ‘shirtless Taylor Kitsch’.
