WTF Eva Green?

I have to tell you that normally I find Eva Green lovely. She’s a very non-Hollywood type beauty that is so rare in Hollywood these days, and if someone is going to be able to pull off the goth look at a movie premiere she’s a good bet to do it.  But this look I am not loving at all.

Eva attended the LA premiere of Dark Shadows last night at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre and while she might play a centuries old witch in the movie I would have rathered her lighten up a bit on the red carpet.

Her hair is too high and her eyes are too dark for this look to work for me. Her lips are too muted too – and her makeup just looks smudged. I have a really hard time wearing eye makeup because it always ends up all over my face – this is what I would look like if I wore a smokey eye. Not pretty.  Thoughts?
